Splatter Room FAQS

  • The Rose Soiree Splatter Room is a unique and immersive art experience where participants can unleash their creativity by splattering paint onto a canvas. It offers a fun, uninhibited way to create art without worrying about making a mess.

Booking & Payment

  • You can book a session online through the Rose Soiree website. Select your preferred location (Hamilton or North Lakes) and choose an available date and time.Walk-ins are accepted before the class start time if there is availability, with booking and payments to still be made on our website.

  • Payments are processed online. Rose Soiree accepts major credit and debit cards.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

  • All bookings are final. Bookings can be rescheduled for $25 non-negotiable (unless a rebook flex fee is purchased at the time of booking) fee per transaction. For bookings of 6+ tickets, there will be a $25 non-negotiable fee per ticket to cancel or reschedule at any time.  The guest will be issued a credit code to rebook their session. If using a rebook flex fee to rebook, this is only valid once. We are very strict on ‘no shows’. If a customer does not show up for the class, we are unable to refund, reschedule or provide credit for a missed session. You cannot reschedule/cancel after the session has already commenced (even with a purchased rebook flex fee). Please email our team if you need to reschedule at bookings@rosesoiree.com.au

Event Details

  • Your ticket includes all necessary art supplies, such as canvases, paints, protective gear (poncho), and a 1-hour session in the Splatter Room with your host.

  • The Splatter Room is suitable for ALL AGES, but children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

  • You should wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting paint on, although protective ponchos are provided. There is a large chance you will get paint on you at the splatter room, please dress with this in mind. We ask that all guests leave their shoes on during the session, or socks at a minimum. We can not have guests in the studio barefoot in line with our safety requirements.

  • Splatter Room experiences are available at the Hamilton location and as pop-up events at North Lakes.

    Our Hamilton location is at Portside Wharf, 39 Hercules Street, Hamilton next to Dendy Cinema

    Our North Lakes location is at Westfield North Lakes, outside of the centre on North Lakes Drive between Beach House and Planet Arcade

Group & Private Bookings

  • Yes, Rose Soiree offers private bookings for events like birthday parties, team-building sessions, and other special occasions. Private sessions typically require a minimum of 10 participants.

  • Custom packages can be arranged for private bookings, including potential discounts for larger groups. Contact the studio directly to discuss your event needs.

  • Yes, gift vouchers are available and make a perfect gift for friends and family. Gift vouchers can be used across all products, services and locations offered by Rose Soiree.
